I will never be lost again. I bought a GPS unit today. I have thought about this before and finally decided to do it. I had planned on having one to take out to Montana this past summer but somehow that never happened. I've been checking the geocaching sites and forums and that just sounds like a fun way to goof off. Not that I need an excuse for that.

I bought the Garmin Legend HCx. I have heard great things about Garmin and when I called them with a question, they were more than helpful. I can't wait to get out with it. Of course the weather here is supposed to turn shitty and that is usually how my luck goes.

At least I'm doing my part to get the economy moving.
